We are frequently sanitizing and cleaning all high-touch surfaces. The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces and high touch items.

Safety Plan

Creating an environment that is safe for our valued Guests and Team Members is a priority for our company. To that end, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive health and safety program across all of our properties. Designed to comply with applicable federal, state and local guidelines, our procedures focus on the Guest experience and Team Member interaction.

Our Team Members have received mandatory comprehensive initial and ongoing training on proper safety, social distancing, hand washing, cleaning, and disinfecting protocol, including proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We are working closely with public health officials and adhering to guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and the US Environmental Protection Agency to take our already stringent safety and cleaning standards to the highest level.

Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting procedures will be followed to the extent allowable according to local gaming regulations. Should a gaming regulator require a more detailed or specific process or require an alteration to these procedures, we will follow the gaming regulatory guidance in addition to these procedures.

Q: Are you open?

Yes!  We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

Q: Are there any new safety protocols in place?

Yes, we have enacted several new safety and cleanliness protocols per the requirements set forth by the Nevada’s Governor’s office, Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Centers for Disease Control.

Positions will be limited at each table to allow for appropriate social distancing:

  • Three players per Blackjack / Pai Gow / Carnival game table
  • Four players per roulette
  • Six players per craps table

Guests will not be able to congregate behind players at a gaming table.

Where possible, procedures have been adjusted to allow only dealers to touch cards

High touch gaming items (dice, chips, etc) will be routinely disinfected, and cards will be refreshed more frequently.

Dealers will provide hand sanitizer to every arriving player

Q: Are masks required at Tropicana Laughlin?

Yes, to ensure the safety of our guests, a company-wide policy was implemented on July 2nd, requiring all team members, guests, vendors and suppliers to wear a mask while on property except while eating or drinking. 

Q: Will you supply a mask if I don’t have one?

Yes, complimentary masks will be provided to any guest that needs one. Simply stop by the Caesars Rewards Desk or Front Desk at Tropicana Laughlin and we’d be happy to supply you with one.

Q: Where are masks required?

Face masks are required everywhere on property with the exception of while eating or drinking. Also, where permitted, when guests are smoking masks are allowed to be pulled down. 

Q: Will the restaurants/bars open?

Tropicana Laughlin has opened the Poolside Café, Carnegie’s Café/The Counter (24 hours), Passaggio and Brew Brothers.  Additional dining options will resume in the near future.  Visit our restaurant pages for hours of operations and health and safety guidelines.

Bar-top service has been suspended per State of Nevada directives and bar areas and lounge are closed.  Drink service is available at barroom tables, table games and slot machines.  Guests must social distance and are required to wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth when not actively eating or drinking or smoking.  

Q: What are the adjusted hours of operation for your casino?

Casino slot, table games and bingo operations have resumed as normal with social distancing and mask guidelines in place based on COVID-19 protocols.

Casino Cage services have resumed 24/7.

Q: How can I obtain a Win/Loss Statement?

A Win/Loss Statement may be obtained by visiting www.caesars.com/myrewards/win-loss-statement or by calling us at 702-298-4200. Please speak with one of our friendly operators and ask to be transferred to Caesars Rewards. 

Q: Is the hotel open?

Tropicana Laughlin hotel operations have resumed as normal.  Occupancy limits may apply.  All guests are required to wear a mask and social distance while on property based on health and safety guidelines.  Complimentary masks will be provided to any guest that needs one. Simply stop by Security Podium, Caesars Rewards Desk or Front Desk and we’d be happy to supply you with one.

The resort’s pool and some cabanas will be open with guidelines for social distancing and wearing a mask when not in the pool.

The resort’s arcade will resume operations in the near future.

Marshall Retail Group has opened the Essentials shop and the Marshall Rousso store for your shopping needs.

During your stay with us, we encourage you to follow the CDC health and safety guidelines.
You may choose to opt out of housekeeping services during your stay with us. If you opt out, you may still call housekeeping from your guestroom telephone if you are in need of extra room amenities. Please let the agent know upon check-in if you would like to opt out.
