Please wash hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds. All team members are committed to the same practice. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the property.

We are frequently sanitizing and cleaning all high-touch surfaces. The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces and high touch items.

Safety Plan

Creating an environment that is safe for our valued Guests and Team Members is a priority for our company. To that end, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive health and safety program across all of our properties. Designed to comply with applicable federal, state and local guidelines, our procedures focus on the Guest experience and Team Member interaction.

Our Team Members have received mandatory comprehensive initial and ongoing training on proper safety, social distancing, hand washing, cleaning, and disinfecting protocol, including proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We are working closely with public health officials and adhering to guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and the US Environmental Protection Agency to take our already stringent safety and cleaning standards to the highest level.

Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting procedures will be followed to the extent allowable according to local gaming regulations. Should a gaming regulator require a more detailed or specific process or require an alteration to these procedures, we will follow the gaming regulatory guidance in addition to these procedures.

Q: Are you open?

Yes!  We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

Q: Are there any new safety protocols in place?

Yes, we have enacted several new safety and cleanliness protocols per the requirements set forth by the Nevada’s Governor’s office, Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Centers for Disease Control.

Positions will be limited at each table to allow for appropriate social distancing:

  • Three players per Blackjack / Pai Gow / Carnival game table
  • Four players per roulette
  • Six players per craps table

Guests will not be able to congregate behind players at a gaming table.

Where possible, procedures have been adjusted to allow only dealers to touch cards

High touch gaming items (dice, chips, etc) will be routinely disinfected, and cards will be refreshed more frequently.

Dealers will provide hand sanitizer to every arriving player

Q: Are masks required at Tropicana Laughlin?

Yes, to ensure the safety of our guests, Eldorado Resorts, Inc. implemented a company-wide policy on July 2nd, requiring all team members, guests, vendors and suppliers to wear a mask while on property except while eating or drinking. 

Q: Will you supply a mask if I don’t have one?

Yes, complimentary masks will be provided to any guest that needs one. Simply stop by The Players Club or Front Desk at Tropicana Laughlin and we’d be happy to supply you with one.

Q: Where are masks required?

Face masks are required everywhere on property with the exception of while eating or drinking. Also, where permitted, when guests are smoking masks are allowed to be pulled down. 

Q: Are the restaurants/bars open?

Tropicana Laughlin has opened the following:

  • Poolside Café (6am – 9pm)
  • Carnegie’s Café/The Counter (24 hours). 

Additional dining options will resume in the near future.  Visit restaurant pages for hours of operations.

Cocktail service will be available for gaming customers on the casino floor.  Grand Junction bar will be open.  Bar top games at Grand Junction bar will be available with seating limitations based on COVID-19 protocols. Tango’s Lounge bar will re-open at a future date.

Q: What are the adjusted hours of operation for your casino?

Casino slot operations have resumed as normal.  Table games operations will resume in the near future.  Bingo operations have resumed as normal with limited occupancy based on COVID-19 protocols.

Casino Cage services have resumed 24/7.

William Hill Sports Book operates as a kiosk-only location at this time with the kiosk available from 10am to 11pm.

Q: My Reward Dollars are set to expire. Is Tropicana Laughlin extending their expiration date? Will you change the Tier Status earning requirements?

As a loyal TROP ADVANTAGE member we would like to assure you that your Trop Dollars and Comp Dollars have not expired during this closure. We are excited to announce that we have extended your 2020 Tier Status and benefits through December 31, 2021, making Tier Status easier to earn and making sure your Trop Dollars and Comp Dollars don’t expire.

TROP Advantage Program Details:

Tier Status is now easier for you to earn.

  • Copper: Now 400 Tier Points (previously 500 Tier Points)
  • Gold: Now 4,000 Tier Points (previously 5,000 Tier Points)
  • Platinum: Now 20,000 Tier Points (previously 25,000 Tier Points)
  • Black: Now 80,000 Tier Points (previously 100,000 Tier Points)

Extending 2020 TROP ADVANTAGE Tier Status.

You now have more time than ever to enjoy all you have earned with your 2020 status and benefits being extended through December 31, 2021.

Extending TROP ADVANTAGE Trop & Comp Dollars expiration. Trop Dollars and Comp Dollars will not expire until 13 months of inactivity until September 1, 2020, at the earliest.

Visit the Tropicana Laughlin Trop Advantage Center for details.  Hours of operations are 8am – 10pm Sunday – Thursday, and 8am - 11pm Friday and Saturday.  Hours of operations may change at any time.

Q: How can I obtain a Win/Loss Statement?

A Win/Loss Statement may be obtained by calling us at 702-298-4200. Please speak with one of our friendly operators and ask to be transferred to the Trop Advantage Club.

Q: Is the hotel be open?

Tropicana Laughlin hotel operations have resumed as normal.  Occupancy limits may apply.

The resort’s pool and some cabanas will be open with guidelines for social distancing.

The resort’s arcade will resume operations in the near future.

Marshall Retail Group has opened the Essentials shop.  The Marshall Rousso store will reopen at a later date.

Q: What Trop Advantage programs are available?

Club 50 and Trop Advantage Veterans programs are not currently available. 

We will have floor promotions on Fridays and Sundays (subject to change).
